May I return my products?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL! We do not accept returns and do not offer refunds on our products.
Do you offer samples?
Due to some recent problems, we will no longer be sending out free samples! I'm very sorry about this! We now carry sampler packs for you to purchase.
Do you have a printed catalog?
At this time we have decided against a printed catalog . We are constantly adding to our website, it would be almost impossible to keep a catalog current. It's also expensive to produce and we would have to pass on the expenses to our customers for this service. We feel we can provide more practical and up to date service through our web site.
What if I want my product unscented?
Just choose "other" in the shopping cart, and in the comments line when you are checking out, put "unscented"
What are my payment options?
We accept paypal payments, money orders, and checks (check must clear the bank before order is sent.) Payment is due at time of order!
How long does an order take?
We make all our products FRESH! We do have some soaps cured and ready to go (check our soaps page), but normally it takes at least 3 weeks for soaps to cure. Candles can take up to 10 days. Please allow at least 7-10 days for all other products.
What if I have a particular scent or flavor in mind, but don't see it listed on the menu?
Email us with any information you have, and we will do our best to locate it. We have many more scents and flavors that are not listed on the menu.

How do you ship?
We ship using 2-3 day Priority Mail, or parcel post. Insurance is optional. If insurance is not purchased, Mountain Suds Homemade Soaps cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages.We only ship to the continental USA. If you want to order something that can go into a bubble envelope (like the air fresheners or one lip balm) please email us with your order> Please inform us if you would like to purchase insurance on your packages.
